Workshop on Business Model Canvas for faculty members to enhance entrepreneurial teaching capabilities.
The Faculty Development Program, held on 10 April 2025, was designed to enhance the entrepreneurial teaching capabilities of our faculty members. This specialized workshop focused on the Business Model Canvas framework, a strategic management tool for developing new business models or documenting existing ones. Faculty participants learned how to effectively teach entrepreneurship concepts using this visual framework, enabling them to better guide student entrepreneurs. The program covered all nine building blocks of the Business Model Canvas, case studies of successful startups, interactive exercises, and assessment methodologies. By empowering our educators with advanced entrepreneurship teaching tools, this FDP strengthened our overall entrepreneurial ecosystem and improved the quality of mentorship available to student startups.
